Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) to move, stack, and organize inventory.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to weight limits and safety regulations.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks before starting shifts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including trash removal and aisle organization.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as required.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory discrepancies or equipment issues.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator with a valid license (reach truck, forklift, or order picker).
- Minimum 1 year of previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
