Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a 200,000 sq ft climate-controlled warehouse
- Accurately inventory and organize materials using WMS technology
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily per OSHA standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Implement lean inventory management practices
- Train junior operators on safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license
- Minimum 2 years recent warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Familiarity with WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
