Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload freight trucks and trailers, ensuring accurate placement of inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of all powered industrial equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory shortages or damaged goods.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator Certification (CFA).
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order picking.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
