Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by performing regular cycle counts and stock verification.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently within tight deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current forklift certification (OSHA 10 preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if required.
