Responsibilities
- Operate various types of forklifts (Sit-down, Reach, Pallet Jack) to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are up to date.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Inspect equipment daily for potential hazards and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to streamline shipping and receiving processes.
- Perform daily cleaning and organization of the work area to maintain a professional environment.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
