Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage, updating inventory systems as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures regarding material handling and traffic control.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator License (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
