Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize inventory accurately and safely.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in proper working condition.
- Load and unload trailers with precision, adhering to shipping and receiving schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid forklift certification (CPH, forklift license, or equivalent).
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
