Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders and specifications.
- Inspect items for quality assurance and ensure packaging meets safety and shipping standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanners (RF guns) proficiently to track inventory.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to meet daily volume targets and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
