Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely within the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
- Verify inventory accuracy by counting stock and recording daily logs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all 5S safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) is preferred.
