Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock placement and retrieval.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator license (valid for Reach Truck, Counterbalance, or High-Reach).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in warehousing or logistics preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and accident prevention.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems.
