Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Reach Trucks, Counterbalance, etc.) to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure safety compliance and report any mechanical issues.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders to meet production targets and customer deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient workflow and inventory accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
