Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory efficiently and safely.
- Load and unload trailers with precision and care to ensure cargo integrity and prevent damage.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is functioning correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in strict accordance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory counts, stock rotation, and accurate data logging.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and report any potential hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline workflows and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in a warehousing or logistics setting.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull carts, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
