Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and organize stock according to company standards.
- Conduct pre-shift safety inspections on all forklift equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse protocols.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Previous experience (1+ years) in warehousing or logistics.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
