Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (reach trucks, pallet jacks) to move, locate, and stack products.
- Perform daily safety inspections of equipment and work area to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload shipments accurately and efficiently to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Verify and inspect materials against orders for accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 5S principles.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Follow all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification required (Class A, B, or C).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and labeling.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Valid driver's license (not always required, but preferred).
