Key Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials safely throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct routine safety inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Manage inventory accuracy by scanning items and maintaining organized stock locations.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of goods for shipment.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience in warehouse operations and material handling is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems.
