Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the forklift to ensure proper mechanical condition and safety compliance.
- Stack and organize inventory in designated areas, ensuring accurate stock counts and organization.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies regarding warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse facility.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (CDL not required, but certification is mandatory).
- Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
