Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock rotation and organization.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in warehouse organization and general cleanliness to ensure compliance with facility standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10 or equivalent) required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
