Responsibilities
- Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move stock and materials.
- Load and unload trailers, ensuring weight distribution is balanced and secure.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Class A, B, or C) required; certification provided if needed.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse software.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and accident prevention.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
