Responsibilities
- Operate heavy-duty forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling stock.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Inspect equipment daily to identify any mechanical issues or safety hazards before operation.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to streamline shipping and receiving processes.
Qualifications
- Current and valid forklift operator certification (CFP/CPH).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
