Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility safely.
- Perform daily quality checks on inventory and ensure accurate stock placement in designated zones.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing shipments for carrier pickup.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift or warehouse experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
