Responsibilities
- Operate industrial forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and logging stock movements.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure operational safety and report any maintenance needs.
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline warehouse operations and meet daily targets.
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (valid license required).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) is preferred.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
