Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure all machinery is in safe working order.
- Verify inventory counts and accurately document stock movements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Assist in the organization of pallets and storage areas to optimize warehouse flow.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid forklift operator certification (OSHA preferred).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety compliance.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
