Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock replenishment to maintain optimal levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.
- Assist in training new warehouse staff on standard operating procedures.
- Perform quality control checks on products before shipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
