Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily inventory checks, cycle counts, and stock management to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts.
- Ensure all materials are stored in designated locations to optimize warehouse flow and safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during operations.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including packing and order picking, during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator License (required).
- Previous warehouse experience (1-2 years preferred).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, specifically weekends (Friday-Sunday).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
