Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate digital logs for all shipments.
- Ensure strict adherence to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational policies.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to organize storage areas and optimize workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Assist in general warehouse duties including pallet building and shrink wrapping.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (Reach, Sit-down, or Stand-up).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and rotate shifts as required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics setting.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy for operating inventory scanning software.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
