Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently drive and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to load, unload, and move materials.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count and record inventory using scanners or manual logs to maintain stock accuracy.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by stacking and arranging products neatly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies, including wearing required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Shipping & Receiving: Assist in the receiving and shipping process, ensuring proper documentation and tagging of all incoming and outgoing goods.
Qualifications
- Certification: Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (CPCS or equivalent).
- Experience: Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday) as required.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
