Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, railcars, and conveyors.
- Verify inventory accuracy through scanning and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work flexible weekend hours (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
