Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of trip hazards.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure proper functioning and report maintenance needs.
- Follow all company safety regulations and OSHA guidelines strictly at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA compliant) with valid certification.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety compliance.
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
