Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on forklifts to ensure safety compliance.
- Manage inventory accuracy by scanning barcodes and updating stock logs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize shipping and receiving workflows during peak hours.
- Assist in material handling duties, including palletizing and shrink-wrapping.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (CFO).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is required.
- Ability to work weekend shifts on a consistent basis.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems.
