Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate records of daily production and inventory movements.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of machinery in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on forklifts to ensure operational readiness.
- Organize storage areas and maintain a clean, orderly workspace (5S standards).
- Assist in shipping and receiving operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, or Pallet Jack).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license (if required for site access).
