Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided).
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, safe, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Plano facility.
- Willingness to undergo basic safety training.
