Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks in a safe and timely manner, ensuring cargo integrity.
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and OSHA regulations.
- Accurately pick and pack orders to meet customer deadlines.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid forklift certification (we can assist with training for the right candidate).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit with the stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
