Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Record inventory data accurately using our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
