Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise efficiently to designated storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners to track inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Valid driver's license (not required for all positions, but preferred).
