Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack products according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and ensure quality standards are met before packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and correctly.
- Label, box, and prepare items for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow pick lists accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Houston facility.
- Willingness to learn new processes and follow supervisor instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
