Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including regular equipment maintenance.
- Conduct pre-shift safety inspections on all forklift equipment before operation.
- Assist in inventory management, including counting stock and verifying quantities against records.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse flow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFE) or equivalent valid license.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
