Responsibilities
- Execute Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure 99.9% order accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by scanning products and updating stock counts regularly.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or defects, reporting any issues immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep workstations, aisles, and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Order Processing: Pack items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap) to prevent damage during transit.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when reading labels, scanning barcodes, and verifying order contents.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable attendance record with the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
