Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Conduct inventory counts and manage stock rotation efficiently.
- Operate warehouse machinery in strict accordance with safety and OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding daily operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and tracking systems.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for all entry-level roles.
