Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts and pallet jacks) to load, unload, and transport materials within the facility.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections of equipment to ensure operational readiness and compliance.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning items and reconciling stock counts against warehouse records.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including proper stacking of pallets and debris removal.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA 10/30 certification or equivalent) is required.
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and navigating uneven surfaces.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory reconciliation.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Denver location.
