Job Summary
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining a secure warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Class A, B, or C) in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload trailers, pallets, and containers accurately and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in designated areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Certification: Must hold a valid and current Forklift Operator Certification.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to count and verify inventory accurately.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is required for site access.
