Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse and loading docks.
- Inspect machinery for safety issues before and after operation and report any maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all 5S standards.
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Manage inventory counts and document stock movements accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10 or equivalent).
- Previous experience operating stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
