Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by performing cycle counts and stock inspections.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
- Prepare pallets and packages for shipping and distribution to customers.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Previous experience operating forklifts (e.g., Reach Truck, Counterbalance) is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
