Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load and unload shipments.
- Move pallets and inventory to designated storage areas accurately.
- Inspect equipment daily and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S standards.
- Verify incoming and outgoing materials against bills of lading and packing lists.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFA) or equivalent experience.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime.
