As a Forklift Operator, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring that materials are moved safely and efficiently to keep our supply chain running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock organization and warehouse layout optimization.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and equipment to identify any maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator license (Class A, B, or C) is mandatory.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting heavy objects for extended periods.
