Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure functionality and safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging and shelving products according to company standards.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and internal company policies.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CDL preferred but not required for entry-level).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution setting.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
