Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a high-volume warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured properly and damage is minimized.
- Inspect forklifts daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify inventory accuracy and document daily operations accurately using warehouse software.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C) or be willing to obtain one through our training program.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills required for counting, inventory management, and stock rotation.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
