Responsibilities
- Safely operate various types of forklifts and powered industrial trucks (PIT) to load, unload, and transport materials.
- Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance.
- Stack and organize inventory in designated areas to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely processing of orders.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator license or certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and record-keeping.
