Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts (reach trucks, sit-down forklifts) and pallet jacks to move materials and products throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently to ensure timely shipping and receiving.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning barcodes and organizing stock according to company standards.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure it is in proper working order and report any maintenance issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly and meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator License (CLP or equivalent).
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
