Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, Pallet Jack).
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production areas, and delivery vehicles.
- Inspect forklifts for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks before starting shifts.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage systems.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10/30 or equivalent).
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
