Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, move, and stack materials within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and logging stock movements in the warehouse management system.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of debris to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) license is mandatory.
- Previous experience operating sit-down forklifts and reach trucks is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory verification.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus.
